CorelHost provides web hosting and related services, including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, WooCommerce hosting, CodyChat hosting, offshore hosting and additional services described on this website. Service specifications may be updated from time to time.

3. Accounts & Billing

Services are billed through our client portal at portal.corelhost.com. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details up to date. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Acceptable Use

All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts found in breach may be suspended or terminated.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability.

6. Data & Backups

While we run scheduled backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable efforts to restore from backup.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorelHost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in line with the applicable notice period and our Refund & Payment Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.
